Hailing from Karimnagar District, Mallapur Village, Sri Jaganmohanrao is the elder son toSmtSankineniRadha and Sri MadhavaRao. He completed his primary and intermediate education in Kagaznagar, Adilabad district.
He later completed his Bachelor of Sciences degree from A.V. College in Hyderabad. He went on to pursue M.A. Philosophy, M.A. Economics in Osmania and later studies Law. Mr. Jagan Mohan Rao who is a certified Lawyer believes patience is the virtue which wins over any hurdle. The same belief had earned Jagan Mohan Rao earn the reputation to manage and solve the complicated situations. He embarked upon the political career and left his mark of impression, earning the reputation of being an enemy to none. Under the leadership of Late Chief Minister Dr. Rajashekar Reddy, Mr. Jagan Mohan Rao had successfully held the office as Karimnagar RTC Zonal Chairman. Thereafter, he was appointed as the director of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. He along with other partners played key-role in helping ASRTC be a profitable organization. Mr. MadhavaRao toured several foreign countries and studied and researched their transport systems.
Sri MadhavaRao is familiar for his warm and friendly approach and affectionate reception he has for his visitors. In AIVA, Sri Jagan Mohan Rao was the member of the hostel committee. He was anointed as the member of working committee, twice as working committee chairman, and five times as the Vice president. He is one of the most senior active members in the association and has a unique recognition among all the members. He rendered his service to the association under the presidency of Sri Captain Jalagam Rama Rao, Sri. P PurushottamaRao, Sri Rama ChandarRao, Late VaddepalliNarsingarao, Sri ChennadiSudhakarRao, Sri TaniparthiBhanu Prasad Rao. Under Captain Jalagam Rama Rao precedency, Sri MadhavaRao organized the Association’s Silver Jubilee with grand poise and success. Under his leadership as the convener of the Association,two hostels for the boys were built.
During his tenure, Sri MadhavaRao, in memory of Late Sri KalvakuntaRaghavaRao and Late Sri Ventakamma, received Rs. 50,000 donations from the then Revenue minister of Andhra Pradesh and the present chief minister of Telangana state Sri Kalvakunta Chandra ShekarRao.
